Korea became a first-class nation from a slave state by the annexation of Japan and Korea, and fell to a third-class nation by independence given by the United States. The Japan-Korea Treaty was signed in 1965. This treaty has been upgraded Korea to a second-class state with economic assistance from Japan. The total amount of aid from Japan was twice as high as Korea's national budget at the time.
The modernization by Japanese who were the same Asian people hurt the Korean's pride, If Western nations would have modernized Korea, Korean's pride would not be destroyed.
Nevertheless, It is strange that Koreans hate Japanese. What they should hate is their ancestors who have requested Japan to annex and modernize.

ロシア領内のアジア人が白系ロシア人に迫害されていることを知っていた韓国皇帝は日本に併合を求めてきた。日本国内には併合に反対する人も多かった。韓国の莫大な対外債務の肩代わりをしなくてはならなかったし、怠惰で傲慢な朝鮮人の民族性を嫌っていたからだ。
朝鮮には小学校も無く、道路も鉄道も無く、電気も水道も下水もなかった。識字率は5％に過ぎなかった。樹木は薪に使うため切り出され、山々はすべて禿げ山となっていた。 奴隷制により国民の七割が貴族に使える奴隷として暮らしていた。
日本は奴隷制度を廃止して、戸籍制度を作り、司法制度を作り、大学を作り、ハングルを公用文字とした。小学校を作り、病院を作り、伝染病を予防した。土地改良を行い、近代農業を移植した。 その結果、乳児死亡率は激減し、36年の併合機関に朝鮮の人口は2倍となり、文盲は大幅に減少した 。
韓国は日韓併合により奴隷国家から世界の一等国家となり、米国から与えられた独立により三等国家に転落した。１９６５年に日韓条約が結ばれた。この条約により日本からの経済援助を得て二等国家に格上げされた。
日本からの援助総額は当時の韓国の国家予算の二倍に上った。 同じアジア人である日本人により近代化されたことは韓国人のプライドを傷つけた。近代化したのが宗主国である中国か欧米白人国家であればプライドを傷つけられることはなかったかもしれない。 いずれにしても、韓国人が恨むべき対象は日本人ではない、日本に併合を頼み込んできた彼ら自身の祖先を恨むべきである。
