My job is administration of shopping mall. My task is opening a shopping mall in gamagori city,aichi prefecture.At the office,working a man who is 52 years old,and two girls who is younger than me.Two girls aside,It is too difficult to teach know-how about the work to the man.because He don't have morale of the work,even if I try every means to do.

My senior is taking a rest about two weeks. He have mental illness.He was too busy for job and he worry about job. I want to help him. But I have no idea for help him.I don't wanna hart him. I'm so sadness and angry myself that can't taking him hand. I hope he return.
