2.Pair Teaching
Pairing native English speaking teachers with Japanese co-teachers allows in-depth English exposure while maintaining concise communication with regard to the child’s mood, understanding and feelings. Our Japanese staff members are all bilingual and are an important communication conduit between the native English speaking teachers, the students, and the student’s parents. Moreover, our Japanese staff members work closely with students, to minimize any cross-cultural or language related misinterpretations.
3.Natural English
Reading English from a book is one skill - using English to communicate verbally is obviously another. Our focus is to teach natural speaking skills to students so that their interactions with other English speaking people will be smooth and unabated. For example, students who learn from mostly books can only use the terms which they are explicitly taught. Students who learn English from interacting with native English speakers will not only be adept using the basics of English, they will also pick up important dialog skills which will make their speaking abilities impressive at the very least.
4.Total Physical Response
This system helps students improve their ability to understand requests and commands given in English. Through verbal interaction and positive reinforcement, we train students to listen to verbal prompts and respond physically (e.g. please sit down here; please wait over there). Because of the interactive nature of these activities, students have a shorter learning curve for developing important listening and acting proficiencies.

Not only do we want to educate students to become more proficient at speaking, reading and writing English, we also emphasize politeness and consideration in all aspects of our teaching. This helps build important social skills which will improve the effectiveness of their communications with people anywhere.
