I baked some milk and coarse sugar bereads.
Milk breads were really tough to make knead
the dough just until it came together.

But I turned out nice and light

Curry cheese onion breads

I made some breads in cooking class last Friday.

These had got burned a little…
But these were tasted ｆlavored curry and sweet onion

thick piece of pork rice bowl ~char siu-don

I made char siu-don by pressure-cooker in cooking class.
It was easier to make than I thought it woulld be.
I wonder what we're going to do next
