Hi everyone!
I'd like to post my first blog in English. My goal of this blog is to improve my language skills of writing.I would also like to share some information about languages, like how to study, what kind of textbook was useful and so on.
First of all, I will like to explain how I learned English.I started learning English at international school in Geneva 20 years ago. My father was working in Geneva, so all my family moved there. After eight years, I came back to Japan. My Japanese level was not good enough so I tried very hard to pretend to be like a Japanese. Therefore, until I enter the University, I barely used English for very long time. In the University I started learning French. And at the same time, I tried to improve my English.I made a lot of friends with whom came to my university as exchange students. So that was a good opportunity for me to improve my English.I also stayed in Toronto for a month.I was in a language school to learn English.Toronto was very intercultural city and The culture and the people were so amazing. No I am working in a Japanese company, and international sales department.I always take contact with my customers in English.
Even though I have been speaking English for a long time, I've almost learned everything by myself so I don't know if it's correct or not. Especially I don't confident in writing. So if someone can help me to correct it, please do! Thank you very much for reading.see you next time :)
