If you want to go to Kyoto, Hyogo or Nara, the House is situated in a good location to get there. If you have any question, please let us know. You are always welcome. if people want open rental house, they have to get permission from the government. This permission certifies the safety of the House.) Please make sure that you understand the following prohibitions.↓ If the Renter commits from (i) to (iv) of the following prohibited activities and, in spite of the Lessor’s due notice, does not fulfill the Renter’s obligations within a certain period, the Lessor may terminate the Contract. Or if the Renter commits (v) and (vi) of the following prohibited activities, the Lessor may terminate the Contract anytime without a prior notice. (i) The Renter shall not transfer the right of lease nor sublease the Property in whole or a part without the Lessor’s written consent. (ii) The Renter shall not enlarge, rebuild, remodel or install artifacts in the Property without the Lessor’s written consent. (iii) To store dangerous objects such as guns, swords and so on.
