I think I already knew your answer .And you are right .......However I would like to share my bad experience that I had with Excelsior hotel Gallia Milan during my stay in Milan . I have spent 1380 days in SPG group for the past 10 years and just one more tiny step I will achieve the Life time Platinum membership of SPG . However I never had such a terrible experience and service like this time especially after I had pleasant stay with Four Seasons in Florence few days ago . At this moment , I am asking myself : Did I make a right choice to support @spg group whenever and wherever I travel during the last 10 years ? Because this bad stay with @excelsiorhotelgallia just remind me the pleasant memories that I have stayed in @fourseasons @peninsulahotels , @parkhyattseoul @mo_hotels and so on . Just because I did not get a chance to stay the same Presidential suit as last time I did ? So I deserve such a bad experience and service this time ?
