I went to a delicious Italian restaurant, "Trattoria Romana Zero Sei".
My English teacher recommended me that it was one of the best Italian restaurants in Valletta.
Moreover, he said that the best meal in the restaurant was "Carbonara".
So I ordered the Carbonara! This one
He said that original carbonara isn't used any milk and cream.
So the taste wasn't so creamy, but it was deeptaste.
Furthermore, the bacons were delicious as well.
Also, the firmness of pasta was perfect for me. It's wasn't too soft, a little bit hard but it fit tothe taste.
I can answer that it was my best carbonara in my life so far.
However, you should make a reservation to go to the restaurant surely.
Absolutely I'll go again until I back to Japan!
