constructive confrontation, it is recommended in my company, or even thought as a virtue. but in my team, just confrontation, absolutely it is not constructive. the woman is really cool, I think. probably she can work well and has great capacity enough to be a manager. but she has a feeling of opposition to our manager, and even ignore his instructions. sometimes, I think he had mistakes and she was right. but I think surbordinates should obey their boss if as long as their instructions are a littel wrong but almost right. the most important is org. result. I mean what amount you earn profits to your company. to be honest, as a financial analyst, my works can not be visible very well. so it is difficult to evaluate how excellent my works are.

today I had a farewell party. it is for one woman who is going to head up the marketing group in Asia and Pacific. to be honest, I do not know her very much because only three weeks passed since I joined Intel. we watched some videos and photoes. She was given some gifts, for example, necklace, flowers. the most incredible is the video generated by the member of marketing group and sales. probably, they had a lot of practices to make the movie. I was very impressed to sure that she was appreciated by many many people, not only in Japan, and also from the other region.
we have some conflicts between my boss and my colleagues(his surbordinate). I am a new empolyee, so I am not sure what causes the conflict. They said he had a lot of mistakes. For example, he had a lot of miss spell in a material which is going to be submitted to our president. He had a lot of miss-communication with our sales team who are main part in our japanese legal entity. the revenue is accounted for even 90%. But I can not decide which is right. I will decide it by myself. not by other people. I will observe what he acts, what he gives me, what value he generates.
