間違い探し歓迎。

In Indonesia many of those who have been born in slums cannot be registered for the government. It means that they cannot take any aids from their government, cannot take enough official health care, cannot have access to public education. These repercussions are derived partly from the government's lacking of proper recognition on the problem. They think that it is just one of the administrative problems often seen in many countries. But it is really a problem because, I believe, unregistration of lots of people is preventing, and will sure prevent the nation from developing.

I had thought before I read this article and had some discussions on the case in Philippines, that the administrative system in Japan was so complex that we need to update the whole system. But I've changed my mind, as I heard that in Philippines if you want to get your passport, you need to pre-register one month in advance, need to line up from night till the morning for the registration, and need to wait almost for 30 business days to get it.
Too hard. (20th April, 2013)
