日本は憲法第9条を尊守し
自衛隊を廃止します。
国家紛争は外交努力で解決します。
日本は全世界の国々と
良好な関係を築きます。
アメリカとの戦争に敗北した後
日本はアメリカに言われるがままの
政策でした。
この政策を転換します。
アメリカと日本は対等な関係を築きます。
アメリカが日本に基地を置きたいならば
土地のレンタル料を頂きます。
中国とも現在と同様に
良好な関係を築きます。
日本が力点を置くのは
ヨーロッパの国々との関係です。
アメリカとの距離を置き
フランスやドイツと深い関係を構築します。
ヨーロッパは頭のいい国です。
アメリカに対抗すべく
通貨を統合し
1つに纏まりました。
京都議定書では
ヨーロッパと日本が中心となり
二酸化炭素排出削減目標を設定しました。
アメリカは置きざりです。
日本は良く頑張りました。
京都議定書と京都の名前は
歴史に刻まれました。
ヨーロッパでは
環境に配慮した国作りを行っています。
日本の省エネ技術は世界No.1であり
ヨーロッパの国々と共同研究できる
題材はいくらでもあると思います。
共同研究を1つの手段とし
交流を深めていけば良いと思います。
個人的に考えているのは
日本主導の
サハラ砂漠での
地球砂漠化防止プロジェクトです。
自衛隊を廃止すれば
兆単位のお金を注ぎ込むことが
出来ると思います。
ヨーロッパの人達は
日本を尊敬し
一緒に共同研究に
協力してくれると思います。
また
フランスは日本と同じく
資源の乏しい国で
原子力発電を頑張っています。
日本はフランスと
原子力と核融合の共同研究を
行います。
ドイツは技術力があり
環境問題に力を入れています。
たとえば太陽電池の共同研究を
行っても良いでしょう。
最後に重要となってくる国が
ブラジルです。
日本からは遠いですが
明治時代の移民政策により
多くの日系人がいるため
良好な関係を築いています。
ブラジルは1億8000万人の大国です。
この国民を味方にすれば
アメリカは恐くないです。
ブラジルはサトウキビからの
バイオエタノールで
世界を先導しています。
サトウキビの残渣や
麦わら等のソフトバイオマスからの
バイオエタノール生産で
日本とブラジルは共同研究が出来ると
思います。
ヨーロッパや
ブラジルと強い関係を
構築できれば
北朝鮮は攻めこむことは出来ないと思います。
日本とアメリカや中国はあまりにも
相互に依存しているので
アメリカや中国が日本に戦争をしかけることは
有り得ないと思います。
Japan should abolish Self-Defense Forces to observe Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. Japan should solve international conflicts by diplomatic efforts.
Japan has agreed to everything the United States says after the Second World War. Japan should change the relationship with the United States. Japan will enhance cooperative relations on an equal footing with the United States. Now Japan should keep a distance from the United States .
Japan should build up better relationship with European countries especially France and Germany furthermore.
Now European countries are making efforts to construct an environment-friendly society. Japanese energy saving technology is very high valued in the world. There are plenty of collaborative scientific researches between Japan and European countries. I think that the Japanese could become friendly with European people through collaborative scientific researches.
I think that Japan-led improvement of an anti-desertification project in Sahara Desert is a good research. If Japan abolishes Self-Defense Forces, Japan could devote more than a trillion yen to this project. Many European counties will have the utmost respect for the project. Many excellent scientists and engineers will join this project from over the world.
France, being a country with scare natural resources like Japan, is paying a lot of efforts on neclear power generation. Japan and France can collaborate on basic science research of peaceful atomic and fusion energy. And Japan and Germany can collaborate on basic science research of solar battery.
At the last, the important country for Japan is Brazil. Brazil is far from Japan, but the Japanese immigrant policy in Meiji Era left children of Japanese immigrants in Brazil. Children of Japanese immigrants and Brazilian people have built up good relation.
Brazil has taken the head of ethanol production from sugar cane in the world. Japan and Brazil can collaborate on basic research of bio-ethanol production from softbiomass like straw and sugar cane residue.
There are 180-million people in Brazil. If Japan and Brazil could have even better relationship, Japan should not be afraid of the United States.
If Japan could build up good relationship with Europe and Brazil, North Korean forces could not attack Japan.
Now that Japan's relationship with the United and China is mutually depending to Japan economically, I think that the United States and China can't attack Japan militarily.
