I got a new electricity bill.
Not as expensive as I had expected - in fact, much cheaper than the same period in the past few years!
Of course, I had been living in a shared-room house by 2 or 3 people before moving into my current apartment, but even after spliting the amount by the number of people living, it is just much cheaper.
Maybe it's because it hasn't been so cold so it has been enough for staying without heaters switched on.
Actually, I just have begun using the heating around this month.
It has been about half a year since I started living alone totally.
I feel quite at easy and comfortable in many ways, and low living expenses is one of them.
Not only electricty, but also gas bills and water/sewage bills got much cheaper than before.
But surely, the monthly rent is so expensive.... it's a fixed expense every month which cannot be saved at all as long as I'm living here.
I remember the scene of the movie "Devil Wears Prada," saying "To The Jobs That Pay The Rent" while cheers to the beer at old buddies' gathering.
Right, my current job is truly the job that pays the rent.... actually, only the rent. (T_T)
I reconsider myself not being enthusiastic enough about job hunting.
That's what I must try the most by now, as my visa will be expired in about 3 months.
I really want to work at the field where I can make good use of my experiences and language skills again...
It's for being any help of other people, not just for support my own living.
That's when I feel most at myself and most happy.
