I'm glad that today is March 16th and it's time to start chatting with you all again about what's going on inside 🎃
The time has gone by very quickly and I didn't realise I had finished another day. I think the best part of every day is leaving my inner talk inside Ameba!
I've been very busy at work lately because I've just started the expansion of the Japanese business unit and it was a very difficult decision to move from Vietnam to Japan.
Why is it very difficult? Because I was born in Vietnam and I grew up in Australia and it was only when I was exposed to H&M Mall that I really understood the Asian culture.
(I'm an Australian with an Asian face) because I now hold an Australian PR residence passport😄
Language has been a natural barrier for me, but I am happy that English is very popular in Japan, so thank you for being so accommodating and accommodating.
As my job is now based in Japan, my main focus is on networking and I want to start laying the groundwork for my team now.
H&M is something very lucrative that you may not have been exposed to, but I am happy to have some people who have come to me for advice.
I've prepared everything for some of the people who have come to me and I'm going to keep track of it all and put it into a statistic that will help me move forwar
.
(A small pin given to me by a friend)
Nine people came by today asking for some advice on how to finish the H&M business
But none of them seemed very keen, I don't know what the problem is and I think I need to think about it to get it right
It's all about data, it's a way of finding out what's wrong and correcting it.
It's all about setting goals, executing, giving feedback, executing again, giving feedback again, and so on. Success doesn't come once, it only comes through the accumulation of your summaries and your attitude to your work after experiencing many failures.
