2 hurt as motorcycle hits van
Paramedics give medical attention to the driver of a van involved in a collision with a motorcycle at the intersection of the Wholesale Jerseys TransCanada Highway and Highway 270 just west of Brandon on Friday afternoon. A man on the motorcycle was killed in the crash. (TIM SMITH/BRANDON SUN)
The man who was driving the van was also taken to hospital, also with undertermined injuries. when it smashed into a van that was southbound on Highway 270.
That intersection is between Brandon and Grand Valley.
An RCMP Traffic Collision Analyst will be assisting with the investigation. www.wholesalejerseyschina.net One westbound lane on the TransCanada was closed. Police say they continue to investigate.
