英語日記は文字が薄くて使い辛いので、
ここに書くのは中止します。それでも
折角のブログ、無駄にするのも勿体ない
ので、しばらくは英語動画の保存先と
して活用しようかなーと思っています。
My new workplace doesn't provide staff meals, so I've started cooking for myself.
There's no kitchen, just a induction cooker and a microwave in my room, so I make simple hot pot dishes.
I put in a lot of vegetables, such as locally grown radishes, cabbage, mustard spinach, Moroccan green beans, and New Zealand pumpkin, which is pluffy and delicious.
I've also included deep-fried tofu and udon noodles.
With just these ingredients, I get a balanced
diet and feel full.
I also eat natto and seaweed every time.
I love the sweet and sour flavor of mozuku seaweed, so I sometimes eat it as a snack.
