4 at Vikings 9

1. Swarm Peterson. As players repeated this week, it takes more than one player to bring down Adrian Peterson. The rushing record in sight, he'll be a back possessed today. Peripheral players around piles cannot let up on plays.

2. Replace Cobb. For the first time all season, the Packers' offense is without its most dynamic playmaker. Greg Jennings and Jermichael Finley will likely be playing larger roles in the slot. There might be an adjustment period for Aaron Rodgers. With 104 targets, he has thrown to Cobb more than anyone else this season.

3. Pick off Ponder. He giftwrapped an interception to Morgan Burnett in the first meeting, a play that completely changed the game. While Ponder has been a more safe, efficient quarterback of late, pressure up front could fluster him into an errant throw again. Any time Adrian Peterson does not touch the ball, the Packers have to win the down.

1. A threat at receiver. The Vikings' passing offense hasn't adjusted well to life without Percy Harvin. Other than the occasional playaction pass to Kyle Rudolph, there's not much here. There should be opportunities in mantoman coverage for Minnesota. The best bet is Jarius Wright. He caught five passes for 53 yards last week in Houston.

2. Everson Wholesale Jerseys Griffen. He'll likely be lined up on rookie Don Barclay. It's no secret that any defense's best chance to slow down Rodgers is to get pressure without blitzing. A consistent push opposite Jared Allen would give the Vikings a boost.

3. Peterson, all day. He's been playing the position as well as anyone in league history the last month. The Vikings need another superhuman effort from their MVP candidate effort. Wilson back for the Packers, it'll be tougher for him to top 200 yards.

Marshall Newhouse vs. Jared Allen

The Vikings defensive end isn't quite bringing it like he did a year ago. His 11 sacks are only half of what he had a year ago. But he always plays his best against the Packers. With so much at stake, the Packers can expect to get the best of Allen. Inside a dome a deafening environment left tackle Marshall Newhouse has a tall task.

Earlier this month, Newhouse had Allen alone on 76.3% of the pass plays. He allowed six pressures and one sack, most of the damage coming in the first half. As the game progressed, Green Bay got a running game going and handled the Vikings' front four much better than the previous week at New York.
