Reflection on the winter term

I learned some important things from RCA on winter term. First is the way of language studying, second is the way of considering about suggestion of author, and third is the way of presentation.
Firstly, I learned the way of language studying. I had difficulty of language studying for CWT. Before this term, I memorized only meaning of words by SGW, so I could not get high score in vocabulary test of CWT. However, I could know that the effective vocabulary studying by highlighting words on the text and using new words for my essay on RCA class. Highlighting words on the text and using new words for my essay are useful to deepen understand not only meaning of words and how words are used in the sentence. By these studying, I was able to improve vocabulary score on CWT, so I could learn the effective way of vocabulary studying.
Secondly, I learned the way of considering about suggestion of author from position analysis essay on euthanasia of Wennberg. Before this essay, I could understand only the superficial content on the text, so I was not able to consider about the suggestion of author’s position. However, the assignment of position analysis essay improved not only my reading skill but also my understanding skill of the text. Also, to consider about position of author helped me understand clearly the main point in the text. Therefore, by position analysis essay I was able to improve the skill of understanding the suggestion of author.
Thirdly, by this term I could learn the way of good presentation. The feedback from teacher and friends and listening to presentation of other students supported to improve my presentation. By feedback from teacher I could notice that presentation which had too many pictures was not good and that we should prepare plan B in order to avoid the happening in the presentation. Also, by listening to presentation of other students, I able to know the importance of keeping attention of audience. Therefore, by presentation on this term, I could improve my presentation skills.
By this term, I could improve various English skills, so I would like to make use of these way that I could learn from this term for studying.
