there are a lot of thixotoopic things around us. it is ketchup, mayonnaise and bottom less swamp. when it is put with no force, it looks like paste, but we give it force, it become like liquid. it is we called thixotropy. industrially, we need it. it is anti settling or anti sugging for paint or ink. adding Bentone, that is mineral based thixotoopic agent, it becomes thixotoopic.
