
Since the beginning of 2018, I'm really trying to get healthier.
For a long time, my diet was all over the place so I'm really trying to get it on the right track.
I got a salad for lunch a couple of days ago and I forgot to write about it. It was really good.
I'm not a huge fan of salads as I can't really eat them without any dressing on top (salt and olive oil just won't do it for me) but I found a lot of recipes for light salad dressing so I gave it a try and I honestly love it.
It was actually delicious.
I'm also thinking about incorporating some green juice into my diet but I'll see about that.
I went groceries shopping yesterday and I got myself some for vegetables so I'll have salads for a while probably for most of my meals.
I'll update here whenever I came with some new recipe.
