Kaze's official website says he made his debut on January 24th, 2020.

It was the time when the music video of "NAN-NAN" was released.

But before that, in fact,

he had been famous on YouTube for a long time.

He started practicing the piano when he was little(before 3 years old).

Being influenced by his father's comment,

"The era of YouTube is coming",

he started uploading his performance videos(piano and singing) at the age of 12.

Here's the first&oldest video we can see now.

Piano cover of a song "STAY" by Kobukuro.

It is hard to believe that he was only 12 years old then.

And do you notice that he is not reading music?

He always plays by ear and even adds his own arrangement.

Amazing!

He uses the same account even after his official debut.

So we can see and enjoy both new&old(cool&cute) Kaze in the same account.

On YouTube, Kaze often shares "Behind the scenes(BTS)" videos

along with his music videos.

He looks so cool and serious in the music videos,

but you can see his different character (cute&funny♡) in BTS.

Please type in the target words,

"Behind the scenes"

or "BTS"

or "舞台裏"

then you can find the videos.

Here's BTS of Tabiji.

You can see beautiful sceneries of Satosho-cho, where he is from.

And you know what is funny?

You can see that the cameraman of this music video

used a yellow plastic garbage bag of Satosho-cho

as a filter (to make the images more nostalgic, I guess).

So the garbage bags of Satosho-cho became polular among Kaze's fans

and have been dealt with at a high price in flea market website in Japan.

Fans want everything😂

Another interesting point about him was that

he was from a town  called "Satosho-cho(里庄町)" in Okayama prefecture.

Satosho-cho is a very little town,

whose population is about 10,000.

I was a bit confused

because his keen sense of writing music

did not seem to match this little peaceful town.

But as I get to know him, I started to realize

that his music could not be born without this beautiful town.

Please click the banner of

"CLICK HERE for information about Fujii Kaze, a musician from Satosho-cho",

you can see how much he is loved from people in Satosho-cho.

And here's a music video of a song,"Tabiji"

whose music video was shoot in Satosho-cho.

He never forgets love for his hometown, which is so nice♡

"What we can give is just what we are given

Let's say thank you and be honored"

The phrase saved my soul

and totally changed my perspective.

I got to think that giving to others is not a burden,

but something that I should be happy and proud of.

Until then, I had never thought that

ONE song could change someone's life.

But his song did.
His song changed my life.

So, who is Fujii Kaze?

What kind of person can write this song with profound lyrics?

The next moment, I got amazed to find out that

he was a man born in 1997...

OMG, is he in his 20s!?

"What we can give is just what we are given

Let's say thank you and be honored"

The phrase from his song "Kaerou"

just struck my heart.

Without notice, I was in tears.

At that time, I was in a darkness, tired of giving and giving.

I had never thought in that way...

Who is this singer?

Did he write the song?

This was where it all began.
