I need to breed mice after geting them.

If we fail to breed them, it will be waste of much money.

Autistic children have behavior isses, meltdowns. something wrong is caused at early stages.

My interest is what is changed in our brain when we memorzie something.

As you know we have a bunch of neurons in our brain.

The single neuorn has ten thausand of synapses.

Actually, synapses are critical for memorize something.

That is a kind of hub to connect neurons.

When we grow up, neuronal network itself never change.

But synapses dynamically change its shape and function when we memorize something.

For example, there is a mouse. When we are child, we memorize the mouse, our synapse change, so we can memorize the word mouse.

That is something I am interested in.

Why Alzheimer disease causes is that actually neurons in our brain is going to die.

What is the difference from dementia and mental disorder?

Yes, actually, I thingk there are several mechanism we encounter brain diseases.

One is Alzheimer disease. For Alzheimer disease, neurons itself die.

So, neuronal network brakes down.

For a depression, which is caused by stress or something temporaly.

For this disease, dendrite and axon is damaged temporally.

So we get drug or are at rest for a while, we can recover because shrinkage of dendrites and axons are reversible.

the point is totally different from Alzheimer disease because neuronal death is irreversible.

Actually my interest is that there is a disease caused by synapse dysfunction?

I think there is. I think that is autism spectrum disorder.
