I don’t remember when, 

but I haven’t done any daily reset for a long time.

 

I mean daily reset is...something to be neutral or

refresh my mind after everyday matter, 

regardless of whether good or bad.

 

Today, I unexpectedly had some extra time.

Simply to say, my appointment was delayed, 

so I need to wait until the new app time.

 

Actually, it was not bad to me.

I have been too busy(especially mentally)

to have rest &reset daily.

 

My daily yoga,

done for years and just after I wake up,

lets me start each day greatly.

However, I realize it’s time to add another routine for myself.

 

It’s not as practice-like habit but as recharge or reboot.

 

Today’s extra time allowed me to take time for reset.

So I’m writing this blog article just as I feel like right now.

 

Updating this EN blog can be one of my reset switches, maybe.
