Yesterday was the 2nd class for Stollen.
It was fun!!
Stollen is difficult for biginners, but I think
all members baked pretty good with a good help of
assistans, Emilie and Jurate
Everyone was working very hard
It's better to eat after 1 or 2 days
Because you may feel the aroma of the alchole
a bit strong right after you take it out from
the oven
I recommend you to enjoy a few slice each day
and taste the difference as a plasure for
waiting Christmas That's how German do, I think.
I want to introduce another traditional bread!!
This is traditional Lithuanian Christmas bread called
Kuciukai that Jurate gave me!
Of course she made it by herself.
Not too sweet, and I think it is rich in milk and butter.
I liked it very much
so I ate many of them before

新しく、英会話サークル、Tea's Cafe が １２月６日(日）から
始まりました 今日は、オフィスでの電話の対応、お正月の説明、
家族についてなどについて勉強しました。
毎週日曜日 西武池袋線大泉学園駅 勤労福祉会館
１０時３０分～１２時まで
会費は１回ジャスト１０００円です
（２回目のときに、入会金１０００円をいただきます。）
Tea's Cafe は 初心者の方からOKの、英語でのスピーキングに気軽に
親しむためのサークルで映画、洋楽、物語などのフレーズ
から使える英語も学びます。HappyBakingに参加してみて、
皆様から、もっと英語を勉強したい
ネイティブと
いきなりはちょっと難しかった。。などいろいろな感想を聞きます。
細かいことを気にせず、みんなでどんどん英語でしゃべって、
英語に慣れる場所として作ってみました
