Today, I change my computers to new one.
Recently, my computer have had problems. For example, it took 10min
to open e-mail folder, and powerpoint has shutted down suddenly.
I always get irritated when it happens.
Computer problem falls productivity and motivation.
I'm very exiting to use new computer! It will be very good for work.
It will work better from tomorrow!
Today, I have had three apointments, so I was so tired.
The first appointment was a consultation to license of japanese calactor.
They have the license of japanese cute calactor, and want to make a bisuness with company targeting woman.
I told client that first,I will introduce this imfo to marketing div and second, if we have any chance to present the calactor, we will call you.
I think that it will be fun to use that calactor for promotion.
Today,i'd like to talk about how to grow up our member.
I'm working with 5 members. I'm manger to our team.
So, I'm responsible for member's growth.
But, it is very difficult how to grow up people.
It is different to each person.
The way of motivation depends on person.
Especially, scoring is most difficult for me.
I think that timig is very important.
If I miss the timing to score, it will be difficlult to point out mistake.
So, I consier to timig, when I have to score.
Today, I had a drink with my best friend.
He is 3years older than me and always give me good advice.
We have told about how is things going on recently.
I told him that I want to quit my job.
He adviced me that you have to do best to job.
If you think that you have already done everything, it is better to leave.
But, if you think that you have something to do, you should stay.
I'm very appreciate that advice.
Also, It was very fun.
Last friday, My son came home from hospital!
His name is shun-suke, we call him shun-chan.
He has been in hospital for about 3 months.
He was borned on Feb 15th. It was supposed to be on Apr 15th.
So He is small but he is so cute!
