以前に弊社で仕上げさせていただいたⅢg用に、今回は固定鏡胴のズミクロンLにオーバーホールとペイントをいたしました。
そもそも1000本ちょっとしか製造されていない希少なレンズなのですが、この個体は購入時に外観がとてもキレイでレンズ自体もキレイな状態というさらに希少なコンディション。
しかしこういったレンズでキレイすぎる場合は再研磨されている場合が多く注意が必要です。実は今回のレンズも数枚のレンズが再研磨されており、貼り合せも調整されずに貼り合わされておりました。結果、解像度・コントラストは低く、芯はメチャクチャ。点光源を入れると酷く散乱するという状態。
何度もここで書いておりますが、再研磨は救済措置程度であって万能ではありません。弊社でも仕方なく再研磨することはありますが、あくまでも仕方なくであってお勧めする措置ではありません。また貼り合わせ自体は問題のある措置ではありませんが、芯をしっかり調整して貼り合わせなくては意味がありません。レンズのコバを合わせて貼るだけとか、下に新聞紙を敷いて文字がキレイに見えたら良いとかのいい加減な貼り合わせをしてしまうと芯が出なくなり、今回のレンズみたいな結果になります。
今回のレンズは研磨されていたレンズを数枚交換いたしました。もちろんヘリコイドなど全てオーバーホールし、外観はブラックにペイントしました。Ⅲｇの方は前回仕上げ済みでしたが、今回はシャッターボタンをレッドにペイントだけいたしました。
Ｍ型用に造られたズミクロンのＬマウントということで、Ⅲｇに似合ってますね。レッドのシャッターボタンも格好良いです。
