Making Washoku, it is important to select basic seasoning.
I select Katsuobushi "bonito powder" and Konbu "tangle weed".
Bonito powder is convenient for mothers. This contain just bonito only. No salt,no flavors and easy to cook.
Next time I hope to cook using these materials.
