I went to Kyoto to attend the memorial service of my relative. I bought this hair clip at Sanrio shop in Porta. I had decided not to buy too many Sanrio goods, but well, this is too cute and I couldn’t resist. I think I cannot do altogether without Sanrio goods. They are so cute!

I happened to listen to Tori Amos, and I love her lyrics! I wish I could write poems like hers in English. Her feelings, her senses of choosing words, are beautiful. I’m sort of practical person, but (because of that?) I find keen sensitivity beautiful.

My favorite music is quiet music mostly. Matryoshka, world’s end girlfriend, Bjork, Portishead, Mum, Sigur Ros, Emilie Simon etc. I also like カヒミ・カリィ, 小島麻由美, やくしまるえつこ, because their voices are cute. Moreover, I listen to Apple Music’s many playlists. My music preferences have changed over time, naturally (when I was a teenager, I loved hard rock and heavy metal). I’m one of the headphones children, so I can’t live without music.

My exam is approaching. I’m planning to pass next time, so this time is to find out how difficult it is.

But I hope it’ll be soon over.
