The students' protest did not affect passers-by or disrupt campus order. It was a normal protest. Peaceful protests and demonstrations should not be arrested by the police, otherwise it is a violation of freedom of speech, academic freedom and freedom to protest and demonstrate. These are students who are anti-genocide and anti-war, so the arrest of students was a violation of principle. We hope the US government will immediately stop such acts and release the arrested students.
