RoadRunner Mail users can access their existing email accounts through the current Spectrum sign-in system. For legacy RoadRunner or RR email addresses, Spectrum advises signing in with the full email address as the username and the associated email password. After signing in, you can select Check Email to open your mailbox.

What You Need Before RoadRunner Mail Sign In
Before you begin, make sure you have:

Access to your recovery information if a password reset is needed
If you have multiple email accounts, use the credentials belonging to the specific RoadRunner mailbox you want to access. Each email account can have its own login.
5 Steps to Sign In to Your RoadRunner Mail
1. Open Your Web Browser
Start by opening an updated browser on your computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. A stable connection can help the sign-in page load correctly.
2. Open the Spectrum Sign-In Page
RoadRunner's legacy webmail access is now handled through Spectrum's current sign-in system. Existing users are directed to sign in through Spectrum rather than the older standalone webmail experience.
3. Enter Your Full RoadRunner Email Address
Enter your complete RoadRunner email address in the username field.
Do not enter only the portion before the @ symbol. Spectrum specifically recommends using the full email address for legacy RoadRunner accounts.
Before continuing, check for spelling errors or extra spaces.
4. Enter Your Email Password
Type the password associated with your RoadRunner mailbox.
If the password is rejected, check:

Capital and lowercase letters

Caps Lock

Keyboard settings

Whether you are using the latest password

Whether the password belongs to the correct email account
5. Select Check Email
After signing in, find the Check Email option and select it to access your RoadRunner mailbox. Spectrum's current instructions direct users to this option after logging in.
On some versions of the Spectrum interface, you may need to select More first before the Check Email option appears.
How to Access RoadRunner Mail on a Phone
You can access your RoadRunner mailbox from a smartphone or tablet using a mobile browser.
Open the browser and sign in through the Spectrum account page. Enter your full RoadRunner email address and associated password.
After signing in, locate Check Email in the account navigation. Once your mailbox opens, you can read, reply to, and compose emails from your phone.
What If RoadRunner Mail Sign In Does Not Work?
If you cannot sign in, first verify that you are using the full RoadRunner email address rather than another Spectrum username.
If another Spectrum account is already signed in, log out completely and try again with the RoadRunner email address and its email password. Spectrum recommends this when the Spectrum username differs from the legacy email address.
