I have a dream. One day, all the NEET[i] will not be judged by their career. Now, in Japan, it is hard for NEET to be employed as a regular staff. There are over 600thousand NEET in Japan and the number is increasing. This is the critical problem which should be improved as soon as possible. Last year, the company which can break down the problem was established. If they can change the world, they will be the sunrise in our universe.
In Japan, the word “career” has a strong meaning. The person who is not related to career has no chance to be employed. However, some of them do have the skills. To be employed, we need career or educational background. I want to claim that person who has skills must be employed if they have career or not. I swear I will break the habit as soon as possible.
Why the number of NEET is increasing? There are various reasons to be NEET. Some are failed in job hunting. Some are got fired. Someone have to take care of their parents. They need money, but it is hard to earn money. It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. Now is the time to lift all the NEET from the quicksand of career injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
