When the Olympic Games are roughly divided, they have three times. I would like to write about the three times this time.I will write about the first time first.
The 1st Olympic Games will hold by proposal of Coubertin in Greek Athens in 1896. Pains were taken for the first convention to raise funds. Furthermore, the holding period was also as short as ten days. But it ended with a great success. However, the Paris convention held in 1900 and the St. Louis convention held in 1904 were reduced to the attached convention of the expo held at the period. Soon, since the Olympic Games became magnificent, the leader who tries to use it for a national policy appeared. The Berlin convention in 1936 is also called advertisement convention of Nazi Germany. Then, the Olympic Games became a stop twice by World War II.
About the 3rd time,
World War II ended and the Olympic Games were resumed in London in 1948. Germany and Japan of the defeated nation were not invited. The Soviet Union first participated from the Helsinki convention in 1952. The Olympic Games were called "the convention in the world" with name and reality. Moreover, it became a place which symbolizes the Cold War simultaneously. Medal argument of the United States and Soviet became the center of attention. However, new problems, such as two problems, the China problem and the German problem, have also emerged. And a result which spreads in the world the Olympics venue restricted only to the West by development of an airplane was brought. It was held in Melbourne in 1956 and held in Tokyo in 1964.
