Coming close to the age of forties, lack of daily physical exercise, makes me think I could have worked much better when I was younger...

Being a member of fitness club, working out on muscle machine is not enough, isn’t it.

Which studio program is rather easy for me to join as beginner…?

 

Yoga、Zumba、Cycling、Body Pump,,,,, Box work…  This is it?

I seems actually to make hit using globe and mit.  Good exercise to get rid of stress.

 

Program starts from 19:00.  So far nobody is at site 1 min before….The only trainer comes in while I was stretching.  Asked to bring the rope and two dumbbells…

3 min rope jumping, then 1 min box swing with dumbbells.  That is only one set and make this four times…

 

This is just the warm up, and that is the time I recall the scene from TV or film, a boxer is not boxing, but just running, or rope jumping, or bullying himself.  And actually that is boxing...

“I took the wrong programm.”   It was too late when I realized it, and only 20 minutes has past then, still 40 minutes to go…
