錦織圭の可能性

私は錦織圭の可能性を確信しています。
その為の施策を彼に渡してきました。

2017年、サーブ&ボレーを取り入れるように言った時に師匠の松岡は反対しましたが、結果、彼はトップ10に残る事ができました。


本人もそのようにコメントを残していたと思います。


私の次の提言は、サーブとフォアの改良とポジショニングです。彼はもっと前に出てもっと攻撃的なプレーをコートの中央でしなければならない。

つまりアーティストにならなければならないのです。何度も言ってますが、ゴールはネットなのです。

だからサーブで初手を打ち、コートの中央で次手を打ち、ネットで仕留めるべきです。その為のプランを組み立てる必要があります。

難しい話ではありません。むしろ簡単です。
基礎的能力を向上すれば良いのです。

フェデラーと同じことをするのでフェデラーを無効化し、ジョコビッチとは50%の確率で勝てるでしょう。あとはマレーとナダルの攻略と若手の対策だけでしょう。

彼はもっと角度を付けたフォアの逆クロスと取りにくいサービスを磨くべきです。彼はそれだけの素質と知性が間違いなくあります。

私は彼がNo.1になり、US or Frenchのグランドスラムで優勝する事を強く望みます。何故なら日本人が彼と同じレベルに到達する事はかなり難しいからです。

体制の変化も必要だし、センスと理論の両立も必要になるからです。彼のキャリア上でも大切だと感じます。

経済学は必要だった。

24歳の時にケインズ全集を読んであまりの凄さに感銘を受けました。

新しい理論の構築には、このような研究が必要なのか？と分かるだけでも十分な収穫でした。

彼が世の中に渡したものの効力は計り知れません。世界恐慌をなくし、再び世界にお金を循環させるようにしたのですから。

世の人は、言います。
もうその理論は使えないじゃないか！ネットビジネスマーケッターが口に出して良い話ではありません。

ネットビジネスマンはそこが限界なのだから黙って見ていれば良いように思います。

ブロックチェーンにも使えるし、他の技術の応用にもなり得ます。これが当時反論できなかった私へのアドバイスです。

気にする必要はないのです。

固定費を極限まで0に近づけたい。

私がしたい事は、自由に世界を行き来して研究と開発をすることです。これは私にとってマストなので、極限まで荷物を減らさなければならない。

無論、固定費を削る事はなによりも大切にしています。後で面倒になる事が多いからです。
特に家賃は極限まで減らさなければならない。

身に付けるものはスキルと能力と研究と開発、ノートとMacBook Airだけです。

私は今年一年で毎日毎週集中して英語を身に付けたいと思っています。

先輩とシンクロ（おまけ）

昨日、先生に聞きまくりました。
『あ？』『どゆこと？』『jobとcareerの違いが分からない』『何が結論なのだ？』『何故そう言える？』

certain way をウォズが言っていたので多分意味がある。日本と海外ではjobとcareerの意味が異なるっぽいので今日も何度も聞いてみようと思う。


Mr.atsuhiko 曰く、辞書を使わないで喧嘩腰で聞きまくるらしい。

と思いました。

色んな先生がいるけど、みんな知的で素晴らしい！経済学を身につけた人もいれば、戦争で海外移住した人もいる。

どんなビジネスプランなんだ？と話を聞いて実際にデザインした結論ではないという話になり、それはなんで？と言ったら、

ジョブズは頭の中にプランがあっただけで実際に手を動かしていないという発言が面白かった。

確かにそうだが、代わりに自然原理を体得してエンジニアリングし、実際に手を動かしたウォズがいたから出来たのでは？と思ったが上手くいえなかった。

一糸乱れぬ規律で会社を築くのか？or民主主義を機能させようとするのか？

キャリアパス、人事評価、能力評価は本当に必要なのか？

この問いに答えるには組織開発の知識が必要なのかもしれません。

何故ならば人材開発の限界の原因は人材のみに焦点を当てている処にあるからです。

ですので無用なものは厳密に取り除いてあげなくてはならない。限界を超えた視点で見る必要がある。

海外では論文によってここは研究済みであります。非常に助かった場所。

1番最初に考えるべき問いは『我が社は自分で考える社員を作りたいのか？否か。』
なのではないかと、現状考えております。

論文によると、だとするとキャリアパスは邪魔になると結論付けております。

経済と法律の深い相関関係

中学の時にとある事業家が逮捕されたニュースを見てから非常に疑問に思ってました。

祖父や曽祖父らが蔵王荘に泊まり込み作った規律はこのような形で発揮されて良いのか？
私には分かりませんでした。

なので、研究致しました。
当時気付いた事は、『我が国において刑法と経済所有量は正の相関関係がある』という結論でした。（by団藤重光先生）


ですが、現在の考え方は異なります。

『そもそも、国家の如何に問わず、経済学と法学・経済所有量と刑法は深い相関関係が前提としてある。だけでなく、国家の如何に問わず、又、民主主義であるかないかに問わず、刑法と経済所有量は相関関係にある』

という仮説を出しました。
2、3事例があるだけで事実であるか否かは分かりません。

ですが経済の限界は法律によってもたらされ、法律の限界は経済によって緩和される。という考え方は当たらずとも遠からずだと考えております。

経済学は何の役に立つのか？

昔、言われました。

金稼げてねーじゃねーか。
なのに経済学を学んで何の役に立つんだ？って。

思いました。
いや、むしろ教えてほしい。と。

でも、必ず繋がる日が来ます。
繋がり続けるまで掘り続ける必要がある。

という言葉は日本語には元来ないものです。（今の処）

何かを成し遂げるor達成する事を到達すると表現します。

この考え方は非常に有効です。

中国のことわざでこのような言葉があります。
足るを知るでもあり、

All of us, living to return authenticity ourselves.

We always can’t notice the authenticity selfs, but we are given the opportunity for that one by uncomfortable happening!


We always can’t see the true self, because we have a trait that can’t see inconvenient for us.

I had to have a complex for my first mentor Dr.yuuji Kosaka.

Because he had a lot of achievement in twenty age and had succeeded the theorization in thirty age but I  succeed at last week that try to theorize my part of researching.


I always had impatience that couldn’t theorize&verbalize my research.


『Oh my god! I forever can’t catch up with him at this rate! already I was thirty age now!』


Finally, a little, I realized that impatience assumption& released that one!

I will try to theorize now on.

for myself,I just thought that it would provide the world with the work of changing something and democratizing it.

For a long time.I had wishing to make something

useful for everyone in the world.

but,I think…

In the first place, technology cannot be conveyed by word of mouth.

I may be will not change the world.I will make the new world, may be.

Maybe it's not profitable and I think it's only useful for some particular people. 
 How is it used, what form of relationship is built and how is it exchanged? I have no idea.I don't even know if it will spread, but I'll give it a try.Maybe even not innovation will be something you don't understand.

Finally ... I'm very sorry that I came to the same conclusion as Mr. Yoshida again.
 I thought I found the truth in the truth only for me this time,but it's wasn't.

Japanese has a lot of illusions.

For example, Japanese lady illusions that I must be pretty or cute or beautiful!


Because they realized them who is Japanese man are must choose the one.


The one who is the most beautiful that It is.

So that Japanese lady will fight the competition and lose the love.


By the way, I think the competition between Japanese ladies ’ fights is very fierce.

Because, Japanese culture, environment, and government like the one criterion.


As a matter, the Japanese man shows no interest that She is beautiful or not! Then that Japanese man thinks that Can we enjoy talking? Can I trust her and her sensibilities, values , and bases to overcome difficulties? Can I get dating without destroying their personality? Can I love her with all my heart? 

I get the impression that many people are asking themselves.


In my personal opinion, a woman with an ugly personality and a beautiful face is the worst. So, I judge by the skull and skeleton, but it is not perfect.


After all, settle on the mundane conclusion that observation is needed

They are very stupid? or Japanese men are so coward and don’t give a firm opinion?


No, I think they only don’t know the construction!

And Japanese language has given  them many femininities but loses the
