イディオム、表現をご紹介いたします。
Explanation：
If a proposal, suggestion, etc. is on the table, it is being discussed or considered (or will be at a later time), and a decision regarding it is still pending.
If a proposal, etc. is off the table, it is not being discussed or considered.
日本語訳：
on the table は、企画や提案などが審議中、検討中で（あるいは、これから審議、検討する予定になっていて）結論はまだ保留になっている、という状態をさします。
off the table は、企画などが審議や検討をされていない状態、つまり、提案されていない状態をさします。
on the table はビジネス英語では検討中という意味になります。
TOEICでもよく見かけますし、リスニングの際は意味の取り違いに
