The most interesting book I read recently was Amaterasu‘s code.
This is the Japanese version of the Da Vinci code in a nutshell.(to put it simply)
Amaterasu is the supreme goddess of Japanese Shintoism.
Shinto is a polytheistic religion.
Japanese people are said to be non-religious, but many of us go to shrines on New Year’s Day to pray for a safe year.
（funerals are held in Buddhism. ）
Amaterasu’s code is a novel about the hidden truths of Japanese Shintoism.
This is a fiction, but it’s a theory of the author based on actual materials.

オンライン英会話の先生にどんな本読んでるの？と聞かれた時の答えを想定して作った文で、内容については全く言及なし。。。
アマテラスの暗号面白かった。
読み始めてすぐに、ダヴィンチコードを読んだ時のワクワク感と驚き感を思い出した。
で、今回英訳しようと思って、【アマテラスの暗号】って入れたら【Amaterasu’s Code】になったから筆者もダヴィンチコードを意識してたんやーんってなった笑
日本とユダヤの関係については諸説あるみたいでその後もそれ関係の本読んだけど、主流にはなってないみたいやね。
古代日本にユダヤ人も渡来してたのは本当のことみたい。
