9/20、大雪山旭岳ロープウェイに一番乗りした。
午前3時に到着したので駐車場は閉鎖中だったが、
営業開始30分前の5時半に開放、駐車場代500円、
ロープウェイは始発6時に乗車、往復3,500円税込。
姿見駅から山頂まで、片道2.8㎞、高低差697m。
姿見の池、地獄谷、ニセ金庫岩、金庫岩を経て、
標高2,290mの旭岳に登頂。ザレ場、ガレ場が多く、
運動不足の身に、登りは肺がきつく、下りは膝が
痛い、往復4時間だった。
宿泊先はケイズハウス北海道に二度目の宿泊
ダブルのシングルユース一泊素泊で21,310円税込。
レストランは無いが、食材を持ち込みして共有の
キッチンを使うことが出来る。売店ではカップ麺、
レトルト食品、自販機でアルコール・ジュースを
販売している。
温泉は内風呂の浴槽が4カ所あって、一番温度が
高い浴槽で41℃位。サービスを求めずに行けば、
満足感は高い。
On September 20th, I was the first to board
the Daisetsuzan Asahidake Ropeway. I arrived
at 3 AM, so the parking lot was closed, but
it opened at 5:30 AM, 30 minutes before
opening time. Parking cost 500 yen, and I took
the first ropeway at 6 AM. The round-trip fare
was 3,500 yen, including tax.
The one-way distance from Sugatami Station to
the summit is 2.8km, with an elevation
difference of 697m. After passing Sugatami Pond,
Jigokudani, Nise Kanoko Rock, and Kanoko Rock,
I reached the summit of Mount Asahi, which is
2,290m above sea level. There were many gravel
and scree areas, and as I'm not very fit,
the climb was tough on my lungs, and the descent
hurt my knees. The round trip took four hours.
This was my second stay at K's House Hokkaido.
A single-night stay in a double room
(without meals) cost 21,310 yen including tax.
While there's no restaurant, you can bring your
own ingredients and use the shared kitchen.
The convenience store sells instant noodles,
pre-packaged meals, and alcohol and juice from
the vending machines.
The hot spring has four indoor baths, the hottest
of which is about 41°C. If you don't expect any
special service, you'll be very satisfied.
