This is my baby Chewie, he is a Yorkie and Shih Tzu mixed. He is a rescue that I got last August and he is a total sweetheart.
Yesterday my daughter was bored and it was hot and she thought that Chewie needed some relief from the summer heat, so this is what she did to him...I still do not know if I like it or not, but at least he will be much cooler in this heat and humidity.
