hey ♥ today there was the real day off ~ ~ （‐＾▽＾‐） i already start to struggle with the laziness... training in gym was good in spite of the fact that yesterday i have received back damage... it becomes fast to me better! (^O^)/

on the internet I have read many good advice kk it is useful to me to become more beautiful. i give up smoking and to drink! yeah ㅋㅋ with the plan of to become kinder, too all is good... but... why i want to be kinder only with people unfamiliar to me? my friends suffer. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (＾ε＾)

yesterday i have looked dvd with the first concert 2NE1 in Seoul IT WAS UNFORGETTABLE!!!

hello ! ~~ kkk ~ today there was especially good day! but i couldn't sleep... i like to sleep it is amusing. i promise to give up smoking! (´＿｀｡)

as i grow thin, i try to be engaged as much as possible in sports hall... (/_;)/~~ it helps, probably... today i was weak, it was difficult to me to be engaged >< "" but i don't lose enthusiasm, today simply there was not my day! i trust. fighting!

when i sit on diets - i like to photograph the meal (^o^;) it is interesting, to re-read then an own blog ~ <3 ke ke! but today, me it seems, i have eaten too much... isn't that so?!
