Persons who I have ever met and had conviction of "I was born for this" were 2 kinds.
One is persons who have been brainwashed in emerging religion or unscrupulous business. "I was born for serving a founder of religion", "I was born for selling this goods all over the world", they speak such a thing as this with shining eyes.
The other is persons who have had a strong delusion in a kind of psychosis. "I was a savior for saving the world. Yesterday I heard the universe's voice. I will make a speech at street from today for saving persons", they feverishly speak such a thing as this. And they looked like being having conviction of "what is the reason why I was born?".
In short, if we do not become abnormal state like this, it seems that we can not have conviction of "I was born for this".
It is said that symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) become better in psychotherapy, but I think that the psychotherapy is hardly effect.
And persons of BPD are often complicated by depression, and I am treating that depression in drug therapy.
Well then, the good treatment of BPD is what?
When the persons of BPD become 30 years old and over, the persons of BPD considerably decrease. In other words, the symptoms of BPD gradually become better as they grow older.
But it is important that the living environment of BPD person is good. For example, it is kindness of family, lover, doctor and persons around BPD person. For example, it is their help against the person of BPD. For example, it is...
In other words, it can be said that it is true love against the person of BPD.
On symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), self-injurious behavior exists, and Wrist-cut is famous.
Their self-injurious and suicide attempt is not necessarily purpose to die. Some persons are feeling that their heart suffering becomes lighter, when they hurt their body. And some persons are repeatedly doing self-injurious behavior. (Self-injurious behavior is necessary thing so that some persons are alive.)
If persons around them take that their self-injurious behavior is serious problem, they will be forced into a tight corner sometimes. However, if persons around them underestimate their self-injurious behavior, their self-injurious behavior will be the worst result sometimes.
[To say "Don't do Wrist-cut" is to say "Drop dead]
Wrist-cut is done in order to keep balance of their mind. If you say "Stop Wrist-cut" to persons who are doing Wrist-cut, they will lose way to release their heart suffering. (That is opposite effect.)
Note: If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.

When we check whether our opinions are correct, we have strong tendency to collect convenient informations that approve our opinions, and we have strong tendency to ignore inconvenient informations that do not approve our opinions.
This is "confirmation bias".
This bias is often done unconsciously, and most of us do not notice that ourself become this "confirmation bias". Of course, I am not also exception.
In order to decrease this "confirmation bias" as much as possible, what should we do? That is...
It is said that one of ways to do it is the conversation with persons who have different opinions.
Notice: The article about effects of good sex is written here, but this article is very serious, so please don't report this article to the management company of LINEPLAY.
When a mouse that didn't sex was put in the water, that mouse stopped swimming soon. But when a mouse that did sex was put in the water, that mouse continued swimming as long as possible. In short, persons that are doing good sex have more energy to live than else.
In addition, when persons do good sex, the oxytocin that is called "happy hormone" is secreted, and persons feel happy and love.
And according to psychologist Joy Davidson, the good sex increase self-respect, and persons can sleep well, and there are also other good effects.
P. S. But sex addiction (mental disorders) is hardly any good effects. Please point out my article's mistakes without reserve.
This photo is a traditional event called Shichi-Go-San in Japanese, and Shichi-Go-San is a event to celebrate the healthy growth of children.
This event is for 3 or 5 years old boys and for 3 or 7 years old girls. And, Shichi-Go-San is done officially on 15 November, but almost parents do it on holidays that are before that day or after that day.
Children dress up in kimonos or dresses, and parents bring children to the shrine, and children are given prayer of the shrine. And then, children are given toys and candies, and almost families take commemorative photos at the photo studios.
In your country, there is a event such as Shichi-Go-San of Japan? And, what is that event?
DSM: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
Almost clinical psychiatrists are diagnosing mental disorders by "DSM".
And, detailed explanation of "DSM" is on Internet.
If there is a person who may be mental disorders in you or your family or your friends, I think it is good choice that you diagnose mental disorders by "DSM". However, because you are not a doctor, your diagnosis may be wrong.
So, if you diagnose that you (or he or she) are mental disorders by "DSM", I recommend to be diagnosed by clinical psychiatrist.
