I keep hearing how meat makes you fat. The only I've eaten since November has been meat, eggs, cheese, and butter. Beef patties with bacon and cheese, butter and steak, homemade beef one broth, and of course snack bars made of ground up pork skin, protein powder and beef tallow(fat).

This was my diet two years ago but the last year my diet fell apart when I was working three jobs. Since November I’m eating strictly meat again and I went from 77.4 kg to 70kg in about 6 weeks.  My focus is ten times better, I have much more energy, my sleep is better and my muscle tone has improved.

Meat doesn’t make you fat.  Often people look at meal from McDonald’s and see a hamburger that isn’t even pure beef, cooked in processed oil, surrounded by ultra pressed bread, vegetables covered in preservatives, with fries and a large soda and say “wow that beef is bad for you!” 😂 .

I dare anyone to try to become fat by only eating steak and  drinking water. Let me know how it goes!
