古今一夢人間幾度續黄梁

古い手帳に、こんな言葉が書かれていた。

古今一夢人間幾度續黄梁（古今ひとたび夢見れば、人間幾たびか黄梁を續けん）

昔から人間は、ひとたび夢みると、黄金を身にまといたがる。
あらゆる成功者が、入れ替わり同じことを続ける。
しかし、その黄金も、得た地位も、実は一夜の夢に似ている。

しかし、そんな目をされると…
