Hi I'm Ms. Futon born in Japan and grew up in Japan. One day I was listening a radio program for tourists visiting Japan and the show's host recommended a Japanese Sushi restaurant Gonpachi but actually we, typical Japanese have never been to the restaurant and rarely have Sushi. So I wanna introduce meals closer to what we Japanese usually enjoy, from my little tiny sweet kitchen.
