Last weekend who came for the first time last year came to FREEDOM 2 to visit the FREEDOM 2 to eat cold climbers !! 先週末は昨年に初めて来られた方が、寒ブリを食べに、またFREEDOM2に遊びに来てくれました!!この方々は、その場所に行って、地元のお店で、地元の方々と話し、良い素材を、自分達で最高の調理方法で食べると言う、最高のおいしい食べ方をしていました。その料理の様々なストーリーが調味料となって、よりおいしい食べることが出来ると話されていました。
実際、食べさせて頂きましたが、本当においしい。添加物を使わないので、本当にシンプルなのですが、それがこんなにおいしくなるとは！！こんなおいしいものは銀座でたくさんお金を出しても食べられないと話されていました。
もちろん、銀座には銀座の良さがあります。
しかし、こういう旅をされているっていうのは、本当に素晴らしく贅沢で幸せだと思いました。
お金じゃ買えないものを知っていることが、本当の一流だと思います。
選択肢のひとつとして、こういう事もあるよって伝えていけたらいいですね。
こういう旅をするのに、調理が出来る宿が少ないと話されていました。
だから、FREEEDOM2は本当に良い所って言ってくださいました。
本当に嬉しい限りです。
