『FREEDOM2通信 2021/05/02 ゲストハウスの最上級の夜 編』
いやぁ～、今年は暑いですね。
皆さんいかがお過ごしですか？
もう、だいぶ前のGWの話なんですが(笑)
グループの方々来てくれたのですが
その方々はインドのゲストハウスで出会って
今もこうやってグループで旅行しているらしいです。
たまたま、インドのその場所、時間に居ただけなのに
こうやってその縁を大事にしているって本当に素晴らしいっすよね。
本当にとても仲良くて、しかも尊敬していて
めちゃくちゃ礼儀正しくて楽しい方々でした。
そして、こういう旅人って本当にマナーが良いんですよね。
きちんとあとかたずけはするし
周りの迷惑にならないように配慮はするし
その中で楽しく過ごして凄いです。
リビングで楽しくやっていても
誰が来ると挨拶するし。
なんか見ていて気持ちが良いですね。
なんか、今の日本に足りないものが
ゲストハウスにはあると思います。
・・・・言い過ぎか(笑)
そんな方々はすごくウエルカムで
他のゲストの方と旅の話で盛り上がっていました。
こういうのって本当
THE ゲストハウス ですね。
こういう方々を見ていると
ゲストハウス側もなんか特別な思い出に
なるようにしてあげたいとか思いますよね。
一緒にいろんな事を語ったり
時には悪ノリで楽しんだり
時には人生について語ったり
すごく凝縮された時間です。
旅人同士の一期一会の相乗効果で
最大級にゲストハウスが楽しくそんな夜でした。
これはホテルでは味わえないですよね。
ゲストハウスだからこそです。
僕がゲストハウスをやろうと思って
もうすぐ10年。
大切な何かを思い出させてくれる。
そんな夜でした。
コロナ禍で海外に行けないなか
少しは楽しんでいただけたかなぁっと思います。
これからもFREEDOM2らしく
いつでも遊びに来れる素晴らしい場所にしないといけないと
改めて思い、心に刻みました。
本当にコロナの大変な時期だけど
来てくれてありがとうございます。
また、いつかお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

The people of the group came. It seems that they met at a guest house in India and are still traveling as a group like this.
I just happened to be in that place and time in India, but it's really wonderful to take care of that edge like this.
They were really very close, respectful, insanely polite and fun.
And such travelers have really good manners.
Such people will be able to keep up with each other properly, and will be careful not to bother others, and it will be great to have a good time in it.
Even if you have fun in the living room, say hello to who will come.
It feels good to see something.
I think there is something in the guesthouse that is lacking in Japan today.

I can't go abroad because of the corona

いやぁー、暑い！！
東南アジアの暑さを思い出します。
あーーー、早く、海外行きたいですね。
っと、いうわけで今年も
FREEDOM2プール設置しました。
お子さんに大人気なのはもちろん
意外と大人の方にも大人気！！
FREEDOMのおじさんも水道代のもとを取るため
頑張って入っていますが、やっぱりプールっていいっすね。
気持ちいい！！
FREEDOMに来てくれた方全員使用できますんで、
是非是非、水着もってきてくださいね！！
(ルールはきちんと守ってね)
あっ、こちらも大人気！！
FREEDOM2のCABIN(コテージ)もたくさん予約を頂いてまして
一棟タイプ(トイレ付)なので
コロナ禍でも安心してお泊り頂けます。
和倉の街から歩いて5分で出来るキャンプ気分が大人気です。
しかも、夏は目の前にプールがありますので入り放題！！
昨年、外国人の方は昼から夜までプールに居ましたよ。
そうこの感覚を是非、この和倉で味わってほしいです。
7月はあと数日空きがあります。
8/6辺りと8/15～の金曜、土曜以外空きがあります。
キャンセルもありますので

The camping mood that can be done within a 5-minute walk from the town of Wakura is very popular.
Moreover, there is a pool in front of you in the summer, so you can enter as much as you want! !!
Last year, foreigners were in the pool from day to night.

『FREEDOM2通信 2021/04/29 ウッドショックに立ち向かう 編』
皆さん！！お久しぶりです。お元気ですか？
いやぁー、もう、夏ですね。
こんな時ですが
今年も楽しくなるといいですね。
4月の話なんですけど
ここ何年かFREEDOMに来てくれるお客さんで
エクセルギーハウスというものを
提唱してそれを実際に作っている方が
来てくれてくれています。
その方は東京の建築事務所の方で
本も出されています。
エクセルギーハウスとは
僕なりの簡単な解釈としては
エコろじなー家と解釈してます(笑)
まぁ、そんな簡単な話ではないですが(笑)
その方との、会話は楽しくて
いろいろと新しい発見をさせていただけます。
この時も
その新しい家を建てるのに
ウッドショックの影響で
木が手に入らなくて、とても大変だと話されていました。
その大きな問題に対して
どう自分らが乗り越えていくのかが問題だと話されていました。
ウッドショックとは世界的な木材危機で
今、本当に大変らしいです。
現に、今までの金額じゃ家が建てられないみたいです。
だけど、日本は森林がたくさんあるから
大丈夫じゃないですか？
って、その方に聞くと
日本は木に関しては、山の手入れをしていないので
建設用木材には使えない木ばっかりだそうです。
曲がったりしたり、固くなかったり、虫が入ってたりと
ちゃんと管理していないので
まっすぐな良い木ではないそうです。
だから、輸入に頼らないといけなくて
しかもコストの安い木しか使えない日本になっているんだと。
ウッドショックという世界的な問題が
改めて自分達にも関わってくるんだと感じました。
そして、日本が置き去りにしてきた森林に対する問題が
浮き彫りになっている事を知りました。
だから、環境問題もそのひとつで
本当に世界では大変な事になっているそうです。
もう時間がないと話されていました。
だから、今、変えないと手遅れになると。
と、同時にそれに気が付いた若者たちが
今、たくさん全国で動き出していることも教えてくれました。
ちいさな一歩が作る大きな一歩に動き出しているんだなぁっと。

最後になりますが
その方のお話でとても印象深いのは
自分の幸福度を高めるには

とても簡単なことなんですけど、出来ていないことですよね。
自分自身に言い訳している自分が居ます(笑)
まず、そこから始めようか。
そんな感じのFREEDOMです。

That person is from an architectural firm in Tokyo, and a book has been published.
The simple interpretation of the exergy house is that it is an ecological house (laughs).
Well, I don't think it's such a simple story (laughs)
The conversation with that person is fun and I can make new discoveries.
At this time as well, it was said that it was very difficult to build the new house because the wood was not available due to the influence of the wood shock.
It was said that the problem was how to overcome the big problem.
The wood shock is a global timber crisis, and it seems to be really hard now.
Actually, it seems that a house cannot be built with the amount of money so far.
But Japan has a lot of forests, so isn't it okay?
According to that person, Japan does not care for the mountains, so it seems that there are only trees that cannot be used for construction wood.
It is not a good straight tree because it is not properly managed because it is bent, not hard, and contains insects.
That's why Japan has to rely on imports and can only use cheap wood.
I felt that the global problem of wood shock was once again involved in ourselves.
