it was a lovely surprise to receive your parcel. you look stunning in the kimono with your friends celebrating your birthday. i wonder if the cherry blossom was out during your visit to kyoto and nara. the weather is turning mild 18 degrees this weekend and leaves are appearing. towards the end of march pink blossom will cover the trees lining the meadows.
thank you too for the jumpers they are a perfect fit, useful in colour, light and comfortable to wear. i hadn't heard of the label before but have since visited the website. i think there is just one store in the uk - london.
i have been slow to reply as i have fractured my right wrist (a fall while horse riding!) and am in a heavy plaster that is making life awkward. i am hoping an x ray on friday will show it is healing and i can have a lighter fibreglass one. so at the moment although i am not working i am walking around arthur's seat each day. a walk along the lawers ridge of hills near killin is scheduled for april. later in june i am going walking in corsica and on to sardinia.
