In the past I have bought M&S shaping briefs which which are OK but even with correct washing did not last. This is perfect under a fitted skirt or dress. I was hoping these pants would be tight enough to be bum shapers to wear under yoga pants but although they fit ok, the fit is too similar to normal pants - very expensive pair at that! I think the issue is just that they aren’t tight enough in xs to do their job. For reference, I’m a size 6 UK/2 US so if you are a similar size, probably best to save your money.
