28th August, Kohaya Race took place at Shimanami Beach. My team didn't get 1st place of the race. We lost in a row and couldn't win the preliminary race. Anyway, I had a fan!!

I went to Rodan ロダン in Shingai 新涯 in Onomichi 尾道, nice room and music, there are lots of seashells inside the bar.
Owner has gathered shells so far from all over the world.
I recommend you to have whiskey ginger ale.

Up in the Senkoji, through narrow maze, you'll find its sign.
You are welcomed to eat in the very old japanese house.
My order was Coffee and Cheese and Black Pepper Bagel.
So many years has passed between past and when at the shop, feel living in past time.
But scenery from the window was same as we usually see in Onomichi.
Time gave me a time for relaxation and meditation.

Now I gave it try to climb up to the observatory point!
Thirty minutes to climb and 15minutes to down a trekking road.
This is the root of Chain Mountain
So high, but even kindergarden kids usually challenge this hight!!
Second rock.
So steep and need muscle!!
You may pass this chain, go around the rock, there is a passing way.
Nice view!! Haha~lunch time, maybe.

Fukuyama city library is modern architecture and has wide playground, and correct pop magazines and books for all ages. Nice place to go and read books in a quiet atmosphere. 10mins walk from Fukuyama station to the north of Fukuyama Arcade.
You can enjoy small journey to Fukuyama Rose Park from the library. Go across one street to the north of it, you'll see Dosan River. Go straight until you see the Rose Park.
