Miss Tainan

After back to hometown for several days, I start to miss my second hometown, Tainan, which I lived in for almost ten years. I miss the days that I had to decide where and what to eat; I miss the street that I got used to. Everything in Tainan is just like a dream lying in my memory. I can still feel the sunlight and the wind; eat barbecue with cold drink in the midnight of summer;through the city on my bike.
I think it can represent all my young ages, studying there, working there, lots of love stories there. All kinds of food and restaurant I can think about are all in Tainan, milkfish soup(虱目魚湯), Shangli breakfast(勝利早點),fried rice with duck(鴨霸炒飯). Oh! they are so delicious, and I'm really hungry now.

As many people know, cola can deoil, so, in summer night, drinking cola and eating barbecue is the best way enjoying life. (≧▽≦)

Let's Mucha in Taipei

Alfons Maria Mucha (look at wiki), my favorite artist, an exhibition about him would be held in National Palace Museum of Taipei (visit the website).

It's really interesting that the art represent west culture would be place in traditional Chinese building which represents east culture. It's a little hard to imagine what it would be like: this area are placed landscape paintings just drew with ink, tough and lonely; the other area are placed exquisite painting illustrations, warm and romantic. Totally different kind of arts are exhibited in the same building and you can feel the huge culture shock.

The Mucha Exhibition in National Palace is held during June 11 to September 12. It's really worthy of a important scenic spot if you're planning traveling in Taipei during summer. I wish I could go to see this exhibition.
