高尾山…は混んでそうなので、お隣の今熊山へ
9:25 今熊神社をスタート、予想通りまったく人がいません
ハイキングは4ヶ月ぶりです。
10:01 今熊山頂上に到着。
この直後に2ヶ月前に捻挫した足をまたひねり、激痛が走ります
引き返すか進むかどっちにしよう…、まぁ散歩みたいなもんだし先に進みます。
11:05 豆佐嵐山到着。
足にまっすぐ荷重がかかる分にはまったく問題がありませんが、石などである方向に傾くと痛みが走ります。
心配はありますが気持ちいいなぁ〜
11:33 最終目的地今刈山到着ー、アホだから痛いの忘れて飛んでいます…
カップラーメンを食べ、コーヒーを飲んでひと休み
13:38 帰りは行きに気づかず通り過ぎた独標を発見。
しかしなんかやけに右足がペッタンペッタンするなぁ…
あ゛ーーーーっ靴底とれたーーー
14:28 ハイキング終了。
靴底がとれたのが終了間近でよかった。
しかしいったいいつになったら捻挫治るんだろう、気にせずジョギングとかしてるからいけないのかな
八ヶ岳チャレンジの時までには完治させねば…
甘えてたらあかん、ひとりで虎と戦うんや…

【My ankle hurts,and sole of my shoes fell off.(Mt.Imakuma→Mt.Zusawarashi→84Mt.Kariyose→Doppyo)】
My Mom ask that bring me to Hachioji,so I'm going to hike to mountain of Tokyo for my first time.
I guess that Mt.Takao is crowding,so I'll go Mt.Imakuma of next to the Mt.
9:25 I started from Imakuma shrine.
There are no people as I expected at all.
My hiking is for the first time in 4 month.
10:01 I got to the top of Mt.Imakuma.
After this,I twisted my ankle again which I sprained before 2 month.
I had a sharp pain on my ankle.
I should return or go front?
Hiking of today is eazy road,so I decided to move forward.
11:05 I got to Mt.Zusawarashi.
My ankle is no problem when I put weight on straight,but it hurts when my leg tilt by stone etc.
Hiking is fun,though I'm worried of my leg.
11:33 I got to My.Kariyose.
I'm jumping with forget about my ankles injury,because I'm fool.
I took a break,eating the cup noodle and drinking a cup of coffee.
13:38 I discovered "Doppio" which I didn't notice on the way.
I felt strange for my shoes.
Oh no ! the sole of my shoes fell off.
14:28 My hiking finished.
It was good point that the trouble happen on just before the end.
However I wonder when my ankle recover?
It doesn't recover is because of jogging?
I must recover until Yatsuga-take challenge.
"Don't be spoiled.
I'll fight to a tiger alone!"
