I oppose the statue of 'Comfort Women,' in San Francisco for two reasons.
First, the tragedy of what we call comfort women did not end at the end of WWII. They continued to be sexually enslaved during Korean War.The problem of 'Comfort Women' should be solved by not only Japan but also by South Korea and the United States.
Second, they say the three girls in the statue represent women from Korea, China and the Philippines. However, what about Japanese comfort women, who outnumbered them but have been ignored completely?
